If heaven has a taste, this is what it would be. Even after being in the freezer for a few months, it was magnificent. Brought back beautiful memories of sunsets over the pacific, packing the most lovely colors of pink, purple and orange. Slicing the loaf and seeing those same colors is cause for celebration. It was delicious. Made it in different kinds of ways. French toast, toast. I was worried with how long it would take to get to tge main land. But it got here and it was bombalicious.
This is a delicious fruitcake. I bought one when we were in Hawaii in November and we loved it so much I ordered another one a couple of weeks ago. It is a lovely taste of Hawaii!
